Buyer Representation & Ohio Agency Laws A. Please make sure that you have given me all of your home preferences and time frames. I do not require that you sign an "Exclusive Right to Represent" as most buyer reps do. I figure that if things aren't mutually beneficial then we should both be free to go our seperate ways at anytime...no hassles! B. During our first meeting or viewing of homes there is 1 form that I will ask you to sign... The "Consumer Guide To Agency Relationships". This form is mandated by the State of Ohio and basically outlines who I represent in any potential transaction. This form is not a contract, it merely discloses to all parties who works for who! |
